QUALITY POLICY

The Management of biogenea pharmaceuticals has as a fundamental policy, the establishment and maintenance of high quality standards both for the services it offers and for the way it operates. Part of the Company’s Quality Policy is the fact that its services and products must meet the relevant pre-defined standards in relation to applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, codes, circulars and instructions.

The primary goal is the compliance of its services and products with the quality requirements of its customers, the meeting of the conventional implementation schedules and the optimization of the financial result.

To achieve the above goal biogenea pharmaceuticals is committed to:

 

  • the provision of high quality services, through sound training and adequate logistical infrastructure and organization,
  • the provision of genuine products by recognized and branded companies - manufacturers
  • the storage and preservation of products in such a way as to ensure their quality and their timely distribution by appropriate methods,
  • the continuous support of products and the provision of services at all times to satisfy the customer and to meet his needs.

This policy is implemented through the quality management system that meets the requirements of the international quality standards ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO 15189 and is in line with the commonly accepted business practices, covering the full range of the company’s activities and relationships with its customers as well as the requirements of Greek legislation for the proper handling of the medical-technological devices ΔΥ8 / 1348/04. class=”Y2IQFc” lang=”en”>At the same time, the Management is committed to secure all the resources necessary to achieve its objectives and the staff is committed to perform its duties in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system.

Through the continuous meeting of the relevant procedures and the processing of the conclusions drawn, a review and evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system is achieved.

The continuous improvement of quality in all activities and by all employees is considered an integral part of the company’s business planning and organizational goals.
